The Maple Residences on Mall Road is part of a large heritage building called the Bank House, which in the 1930’s belonged to the famous hunter Jim Corbett, where he would occasionally come and live. The building being situated by the bank of the Naini lake, got the name Bank House. The building also has the added advantage of being situated in the heart of Nainital town and can be approached easily.

The Maple Residences has eight lake facing rooms and six non-lake facing well-equipped and comfortable rooms with a flat screen LED television and WiFi service in each room. There are 2 four bedded rooms, 2 three bedded rooms and the remaining rooms are double-bedded. All meals are provided on order. Guests can dine either in the comfort of their rooms or in the dining hall.

Since parking is not permitted on the Mall Road, guests will have to park their vehicles in the public parking field, which is about 300 metres from The Maple Residences.
